Federal contractors and subcontractors with the E-Verify Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirement must enroll in and use E-Verify. Beginning January 5, 2018, any new federal contractors and subcontractors with the FAR requirement must provide their DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number during the E-Verify enrollment process.
Federal contractors and subcontractors with a FAR requirement already enrolled in E-Verify do not have provide their DUNS number. However, if you update your company profile you will be prompted to enter it into the E-Verify system.
