Salary: $40K to $50K Base
Our Client is looking for an IT Recruiter for their Atlanta, GA location. The idea candidate will have 1 to 2 years of recent staffing industry experience, not necessarily IT, but the desire to learn IT staffing.
This is a great opportunity for a staffing agency clerical, admin, f/a recruiter who wants to move up the skill set chain. The person in this position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, placement and proactive relationship development. You will be mentored by the Sr. Recruiter and will have ample support to succeed.
Compensation range is between $40K to $50K base.
We are NOT looking for a heavily experience person but a more junior person who is interested in being molded.
Key requirements for this position include:
- Experience in a staffing agency environment (recent)
- Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms
- College Degree preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in the staffing industry
- Screening and placing candidates in positions experience
- Build, manage, qualify and maintain a database of prospective and current candidates.
- Proactive relationship development
- Ability to manage multiple clients and talent on a daily basis
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening
- Determination to make things happen
- Have demonstrated recruitment results
