Our Client is hiring for an experienced full desk IT recruiter for their Mid-Town Manhattan office. Great opportunity to expand your skills with multi-market industries. Must have a recent and strong staffing background, and job consistency with $200K to $300k minimum in annual billing. This position pays a base salary plus commission with the potential to make $200,000 + per year. The company offers a generous time off program and excellent benefits package.
In this role you will help assign contract and temporary employees whose skills match customers’ needs. You are responsible for meeting customer’s technical staffing needs as well as building new business and developing a pipeline of candidates. .
Key requirements for this position include:
- Full Desk Recruitment Experience in a staffing agency environment (recent)
- Experience in delivering high-quality service to customers and candidates by matching skills of candidates to customer’s needs.
- Develop and Retain business
- College Degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in the staffing industry
- Consultative Sales experience
- Build, manage, qualify and maintain a database of prospective and current clients and candidates
- Recruit, retain, develop, talent for current and future positions.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and talent on a daily basis
Successful candidates will:

- Have demonstrated sales and recruitment results
- Demonstrated experience managing the job order process from receiving to completion and knows the appropriate questions to ask when taking job orders from customer’s and can comprehend complex orders.
- Experience analyzing resumes accurately and using resumes to develop additional business opportunities
- Builds Professional relationships with customers, contract employees and co-workers.
- Must be able to work after hours as needed.
