Our Client is hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager in Jacksonville Florida. This position is responsible for Full Desk Recruitment for staffing IT positions. You must currently have staffing industry experience and at least 3 years of full desk IT recruitment experience.
Base salary with commission with the potential of making 100K plus per year. Excellent PTO program and benefit package
Key requirements for this position include:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Consultative Business Development Skills
- 3 Years Full Desk IT Recruitment Experience
- Ability to use Social Media, Job Boards, and other means to build Candidate Pipeline
- Build Successful Relationship with Candidates
- Excellent Followup Skills
- Annual Billing of at least 300K
- Experience analyzing resumes accurately and using resumes to develop additional business opportunities
- Builds Professional relationships with customers, contract employees and co-workers.
- Must be able to work after hours as needed.
