Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base
Our Client is hiring a Managing Director for staffing agency in Charlotte, NC. The Base Salary is $75,000 -$85,000 + commission, potential to make $200,000 per year with commission. Will allow to take draw against commission.
The successful candidate will have current & past experience with day to day operational management of staffing agency, P&L responsibility, account development, along with staff development and Oversight and personal sales for the agency
Key requirements for this position include:
Must have the following experience to be considered for the position:
- Managing P& L
- Overseeing the Daily Operations of Agency
- Leading the Sales of Orgainzation
- Building the right Recruiting Infrastrcture
- Day to Day Operations of all aspects of Staffing Agency
- Reviewing Candidates for Internal Roles
- Centralized Strategy to ensure Brand presentation is consistent.
- Ensuring Branch Staff meets Sales Revenue Goals
- Developing and implementing policy and procedures
Successful candidates will:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience as staffing agency recruiter
- 5+ years experience as manager or director level of agency
- Ability to build relationships and close sales
- Leadership and team building skills
