Our Client is hiring a National Business Development Director in their Chicago, IL location near the O’hare Airport. The successful candidate will have successful National Business Development experience in a staffing agency.
This position will develop new business as well as retain current business, build relationships and have a consultative sales approach and be able to offer solutions to clients and meet their needs.
Company offers a base salary and will offer salary against draw. They offer 26 days vacation and a great employee culture.

Potential to make upwards of $200,000 plus annually. Must be a motivated, passionate, consultative sales person.
Key requirements for this position include:
- Staffing agency experience
- Build relationships and able to identify clients’ needs and provide solutions
- Business development experience in a staffing environment
- Build new business and retain current business
Successful candidates will:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience staffing agency business development
- Ability to build relationships and close sales
