Our Client is looking for a Human Resources Recruiter for their Atlanta, GA location. We are looking to add a full desk (sales and recruiting) person to our team. The idea candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of full desk direct hire/permanent placement experience with a staffing agency.
This team works on a national basis and typically works on management level and above positions.
Base compensation is negotiable for the right person; however, you must have recent experience in a staffing agency performing full desk, direct hire/perm placements. You must show a strong outline of your accomplishments in your resume. .
Key requirements for this position include:
- Recent Experience in direct hire/permanent placement staffing agency industry
- College Degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in the staffing industry
- Full Desk (sales and recruiting)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multi-candidates and clients at one time.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening
- Determination to make things happen
- Have demonstrated recruitment, and sales results
