Accounting Direct Hire/Permanent Placement Director – Atlanta, GA

Our Client is looking for an Accounting Direct Hire/Permanent Placement Director for their Atlanta, GA location. We are looking for a leader who can build a Direct Hire Practice in Accounting and Finance. The idea candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of accounting/finance direct hire/permanent placement experience with a staffing agency.

This is a new division and will be comprised of a team of full desk recruiters. The team will be a spin off division of our very strong Accounting and Finance group and focus their attention on direct hire/perm placements of 95k+.

Base compensation is negotiable for the right person, however, you must have a strong outline of your accomplishments in your resume.

• Recent Experience in direct hire/permanent placement staffing agency industry
• College Degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in the staffing industry
• Build, manage, staffing group/division
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team of recruiters, while also managing clients, and building business.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening
• Determination to make things happen
• Have demonstrated leadership, recruitment, and sales results
• Demonstrated results, P&L responsibilities
